Aug 25th
Have you ever heard of subliminal sleep learning before? If you haven’t, then I’ve got big and exciting news for you!
This learning method has been around for quite some time now, but it is a closely-guarded secret among those in the know. I’m here to break the silence barrier and share with you just what this is all about.
Do you want to know more about this unique method of programming your mind? If you do, then read on!
What is Subliminal Sleep Learning?
Also known as hypnopaedia, it is a type of learning method wherein you feed your mind with information while it is in its unconscious state.
It’s pretty much as its name implies: learning while sleeping. After all, you’re not exactly busy while you’re asleep, right? Why not make the most of it?
So is there any truth to this technique? While some naysayers have dismissed sleep programming as ineffective, there is substantial evidence to support the theory that it is much more powerful than what most people think it is.
Proof That Subliminal Sleep Learning Works
Many people swear by its ability. These are the same group of individuals who have turned to sleep learning to help solve their problems. Some of them have had issues about self-esteem.
Subjecting themselves to subliminal sleep learning has helped boost their confidence significantly. It’s like having someone tell you how beautiful or how handsome you are every night without fail.
And remember, it’s feeding not only your conscious mind (as you prepare to sleep); but more importantly, it’s also feeding your subconscious that holds considerable power over your thoughts and actions.
Why You Should Try Subliminal Sleep Learning
There are many reasons for you to give subliminal sleep programming a shot. If you want to boost your self-esteem, like so many others, then this is a pretty efficient way to go about it.
If you’re trying to learn a new language, there’s no better way to immerse yourself in it fully than to feed your subconscious with your lessons.
Besides, this kind of learning method is actually quite inexpensive and hassle-free. Since you’re asleep, you won’t have to deal with the stress of memorizing your lessons the way you undoubtedly will by burning the midnight oil.
So what’s stopping you from trying out subliminal sleep learning? Look at it this way, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. What could be a better deal than that?
Get In Touch With Your Spiritual Self – An Introduction to Meditation
Jan 31st
![]() |
There are many benefits of meditation that can be learned if we would just take the time to do so. Meditation is a way of getting in touch with our spiritual selves. As humans, we are very spiritual beings. Our spirituality is one of things that separates us from the animals of this world. But what is the benefit of getting in touch with this side of our being? The benefits of meditation are infinite. Meditation energizes us, it allows us to reboot our brains, so to speak, it allows us to get to know ourselves in ways we’ve never known before, and it allows us to ascend into a higher level of consciousness, which is very needed in these troubling times. |
To realize the benefits of meditation, you need to meditate. If you’re not sure how, simply close your eyes and drown out the physical world.
As you close your eyes, you may find your mind racing. It’s important to clear your mind. If you can’t seem to do that, play some soft music and concentrate on it. Or, repeat a word or phrase over and over. This is called a mantra.
When you repeat a mantra, you are effectively clearing your mind as you induce a meditative state. However, there is one more important thing you must do to induce meditation and that’s to relax completely.
How To Relax
In order to realize the benefits of meditation, you must relax. You can do this by focusing on each body part and willing it to relax. This sounds easy but many of us are very tense, and yet, we don’t even realize it. Begin with your toes and actually tell them to relax.
Move up to your ankles, to your shins and calves, to your knees and continue all the way up to your head. When you are completely relaxed, begin to count down from ten. Imagine yourself walking down a long staircase into the darkness that is your subconscious.
This is the method hypnotists use to induce a hypnotic state but it also works great for meditation.
When you are meditating, the benefits of meditation may not seem completely clear. However, it’s in your waking life that the benefits may actually be seen.
The benefits of meditation include being able to handle stress better, it allows you to enjoy life more by putting aside petty differences in order to create more harmony in your life.
There may be more benefits to meditation, however. Many believe that other people can be affected by meditation, even though they may not be aware of it.
Some believe that by meditating, you can affect the consciousness of other people around you.
For instance, the recent school shootings reveal a consciousness that is rife with violence and chaos and, essentially, the loss of harmony. By meditating as a group, many believe they can erase such violence and many studies have shown this to be true.
Yet this is only one of the many benefits of meditation. So close your eyes, clear your mind and enjoy all of the freedom meditation has to offer.
Keep an eye on this lifestyle category, I will be writing many more articles on meditation…
