Self improvement is more than simply improving one area of your life in order to achieve a certain objective. It is a constant flow of positive energy that results in positive energy. You can achieve success in your personal life, you can experience happiness, and you can experience a high level of health. As a result of making strides to consistently improve who you are in every aspect of your life, you also have the capability of achieving high levels of wealth and literally living your dreams. Most people go through life only dreaming of these types of success. However, you can start living this life today. All you need is the knowledge that will guide you to enlightenment.
If you want to improve who you are as an individual, it is important to know and understand that everything that you currently experience is based upon a reaction to one or more events that has occurred in your past. This is the first step to taking personal responsibility for the choices that you have made and gaining an understanding of the fact that you must continue to take responsibility for the future choices that you make. There are several things that you have control over as an individual. If you want to improve yourself and enjoy happiness, health, and wealth that many only dream of, it is important that you learn what these things are.
The first thing that you have control over are the thoughts that you find yourself thinking. You also have a high level of control over the visual images that you create in your mind. The third thing that you have control over are the actions that you elect to take throughout your life. Many individuals refer to these actions as your behavior. If you want to improve who you are, it is important that you realize that you have the capability of using those things that you have control over in order to create the experiences that you may use in order to get all that you desire in life. Yes, you have control over the successes and the failures that you experience.
If you want to improve yourself to the point where you can experience true happiness, optimal health, meaningful relationships, and high levels of wealth it is important to learn to value the failures that you experience in life. Failures often stem from an inappropriate choice or a mistake – that much is true. However, failures are more than not succeeding at that which you desire. Failures are learning experiences. Ultimately, more success is experienced through failures than it is true successes. You may be wondering why this is so, and that is certainly understandable. You achieve true success when you fail because you have the capability of learning from mistakes and avoiding those mistakes in the future.
Self improvement is more than simply changing your thoughts. It is about changing your perspective when it comes to who you are as well as the world that you live in. It is about changing your behaviors and changing the habits that you engage in on a regular basis. If you experience negative thoughts, suffer from poor health, and often find that you are unhappy, it is time for a complete self modification. By modifying who you have become from the past experiences of your life, you will be successful at creating who you want to become in the future.
Concentration of Mind

How many of us really seriously and sincerely concentrate on our goals from start to finish with positive energy and focused concentration of mind?
I’m talking about fixed high-powered concentration of mind on a specific objective or task without thoughts of multiple future tasks, past thoughts, personal issues or fear of unknown!!
I wonder how fast could we reach our goals if we gave them our full concentration of mind consciously and subconsciously.
What’s really stopping us from having super mind concentration powers and making good habits that benefit us in the long run?
What if we made our nervous system our ally and associated feeling real good about working and taking the proper steps toward accomplishing our goals even if we are not sure exactly how yet!
Almost like that pleasurable meal or that pleasurable high from great sex in the height of love!
Most of us want to do the thing that is a dis-empowerment to us more than we want to do the thing that empowers us when we really get down to the truth. Our minds are so scattered with poor concentration that we cannot hold a single thought for 5 minutes without jumping from thought to thought.
This is so true when you sit and really think about it. We probably want to watch TV or sleep or relax more, go to the game or talk more or be lazy more than we want to take that one step to empower yourself which can be so simple when you learn to play the concentration game.
I struggled with this for a long time. I had great ideas and great moments that felt like epiphanies time after time over and over again. I would learn super empowering secrets and principles but for years, I had too much poor concentration to really see long-term goals through to the end.
My goals would shift from one to the next or I would spread my self-thin… especially with my music career.
I had no definite aim. I was overwhelmed with beautiful knowledge and inspiration but I suffered from the concentration problem.
I would go from one good idea to the next and one strategy to the next and one plan to the next and one hustle to the next. Trying to change so much but I wasn’t completing the projects I started to move on to the next in growth.
My energies were scattered and I knew nothing about how precise and specific my mind concentration needed to be in doing a specific task.
I would like to know if anyone else is or was going through this concentration problem or being overwhelmed and how did you conquer it.
I listened to the audio book, “Power of Concentration” by Theron Q. Dumont and “Though Vibration” by William Atkinson and I realized that I had been ignoring and dismissing some very important things. Like how important the sayings are “energy flows where attention goes” or “attention is like a beam of light.”
Can any of you hold a precise shaped picture of a box in your mind for 2 minutes with out your mind wavering? Try fixing your attention to a doorknob for 10 minutes to improve mind concentration!
I had to learn how to harness this power of attention and mind concentration. Then it seemed as though a way started being paved the more and more I realized this power existed. I started understanding and accepting the responsibility of multiple tasks with clarity on when and how to do them.
I understood that a concentrated mind is a powerful force that can create reality and change the flow of energy. Poor concentration comes from weak will.
