Holosync Review – How Does Holosync Stack Up?
Sep 13th
This Holosync review will look briefly at Bill Harris’s product which he created to help people to learn how to meditate using scientifically proven audio technology.
If you’re interested in meditation, you probably know that it has many hidden benefits. You gain better health, better emotional stability, a more focussed mind and more spiritual awareness. Holosync is a product that can help you gain all this, and much faster than the traditional meditation methods. You may already know of self-hypnosis scripts and self-hypnosis DVD guides which are a “lazy” mans way of quick hypnosis or meditation; Holosync works in pretty much the same way.
It comes in with a much better track record though; it has been used successfully in more than 200 countries. Let’s start the Holosync review by looking at what people testify to after they use it.
Is it possible that more than 1 million people from all over the world are wrong?
It is possible, but maybe for just a while. After some time, someone will express doubts and others who have not had the promised experience with the product will follow suit. Brian Harris’s Holosync review has been in the market for more than 2 decades and continues to be used in many countries. That itself is testimony that there must be something in the product that helps people. Many other self-hypnosis products have come into the market and gone during this time.
The people who have used Holosync claim that it helped them make strides in meditation that had evaded them for years. Instead of having to practice for hours every day to get into meditative state, they learnt how to do it with juts a few minutes a day in a few months.
A deeper analysis
Let’s use this Holosync review to explain how and why Holosync works. How is it possible to be able to learn how to get into a deep meditative state in such a short time? The answer is that the technology behind it uses audio stimulation which works to effortlessly place you within the brain wave pattern that occurs during deep meditation.
To make it even easier to understand, think of it as an exercise machine that targets an exact muscle that you want to grow. The muscle is your brain and the machine is Holosync. The machine, every time you get on it, will quickly work this muscle into a state where it’s getting stronger and stronger without much effort on your part. Holosync works in exactly the same way with your brain.
We all know that the brain can be exercised and altered – that’s what we try to do with personal development; we try to change the brains old way of thinking and reacting so that we can acquire new thoughts and reactions that help to serve us better. It’s the same thing that happens when the brain is exposed to information – it learns. Holosync will repeatedly teach your brain how to get into a deep meditative state in just a few minutes so that after a short while, it is conditioned to do so without much effort.
Buyer Beware
This Holosync review would be incomplete if we didn’t say what we think about the product and its effects in general. Beware of products, especially those that are meant to improve you, that come with a “things done for you” clause as the selling point.
Personal development is an exercise that requires effort and work on your part. It is also a much more whole rounded exercise than just learning how to meditate. Meditation is the pillar of personal growth and self development, but there needs to be a lot more happening for you to achieve all rounded growth. You need to develop discipline and willpower. What Holosync does is bypass that process.
If you are going to use it, make sure to back it up with all the other elements of personal growth. It will otherwise be meditation for meditations sake. If you can develop the willpower to meditate without aids, you have achieved a much bigger milestone in terms of self discipline. If you can, find a medium that helps you to achieve meditation but that forces you to incorporate all the other aspects that you need for a much better life.
Lastly, I want to mention in this Holosync review about the bonuses that you get on buying it for $199. You get a free 4-lesson online course: Master Your Emotions, Your Actions, and Your Life as well as additional free coaching. This is definitely something worth taking advantage of.
In my opinion, if you’re serious about learning the skill of meditation, Holosync is a great way to get you started and achieves meditation quickly. Don’t ignore your natural ability to develop meditation skills though. The gift is within you; you can use props once in a while, but don’t ignore your natural muscle.
Get In Touch With Your Spiritual Self – An Introduction to Meditation

There are many benefits of meditation that can be learned if we would just take the time to do so. Meditation is a way of getting in touch with our spiritual selves. As humans, we are very spiritual beings. Our spirituality is one of things that separates us from the animals of this world. But what is the benefit of getting in touch with this side of our being? The benefits of meditation are infinite. Meditation energizes us, it allows us to reboot our brains, so to speak, it allows us to get to know ourselves in ways we’ve never known before, and it allows us to ascend into a higher level of consciousness, which is very needed in these troubling times. |
To realize the benefits of meditation, you need to meditate. If you’re not sure how, simply close your eyes and drown out the physical world.
As you close your eyes, you may find your mind racing. It’s important to clear your mind. If you can’t seem to do that, play some soft music and concentrate on it. Or, repeat a word or phrase over and over. This is called a mantra.
When you repeat a mantra, you are effectively clearing your mind as you induce a meditative state. However, there is one more important thing you must do to induce meditation and that’s to relax completely.
How To Relax
In order to realize the benefits of meditation, you must relax. You can do this by focusing on each body part and willing it to relax. This sounds easy but many of us are very tense, and yet, we don’t even realize it. Begin with your toes and actually tell them to relax.
Move up to your ankles, to your shins and calves, to your knees and continue all the way up to your head. When you are completely relaxed, begin to count down from ten. Imagine yourself walking down a long staircase into the darkness that is your subconscious.
This is the method hypnotists use to induce a hypnotic state but it also works great for meditation.
When you are meditating, the benefits of meditation may not seem completely clear. However, it’s in your waking life that the benefits may actually be seen.
The benefits of meditation include being able to handle stress better, it allows you to enjoy life more by putting aside petty differences in order to create more harmony in your life.
There may be more benefits to meditation, however. Many believe that other people can be affected by meditation, even though they may not be aware of it.
Some believe that by meditating, you can affect the consciousness of other people around you.
For instance, the recent school shootings reveal a consciousness that is rife with violence and chaos and, essentially, the loss of harmony. By meditating as a group, many believe they can erase such violence and many studies have shown this to be true.
Yet this is only one of the many benefits of meditation. So close your eyes, clear your mind and enjoy all of the freedom meditation has to offer.
Keep an eye on this lifestyle category, I will be writing many more articles on meditation…
