How to Become an Alpha Male Yesterday

How would you like to get every girl? Don’t think you can? Then you’re definitely not an alpha male. With this article we’re going to teach you exactly how you can become an alpha male.
Surprisingly I wasn’t always an alpha male. All my life I’ve always been a very handsome person. However for some reason I never could get any girls.
The majority of the time I just told myself that I’ll get all the women when I was older. I always knew I was going to be a wealthy person and I was right. However all those years ago when I said that I would get all the women I was wrong.
Looking back now it’s always been my excuse to never have to approach women. Unfortunately the excuse always worked. It was my way of putting everything off.
It was kind of like telling myself it was okay that I wasn’t getting any women. That I would in the future. After graduating with a degree in accounting I finally managed to get a job.
I managed to buy a bunch of nice things but still I could never get the girls. This infuriated me to think I was a handsome successful man who couldn’t get women.
However just like I put my mind to my career all those years ago I knew I wasn’t going to be alone. After finding a system called the Alpha Male system I was able to become an alpha male. The guy that got all the girls.
Here are some tips to help you become an alpha male. Keep in mind that these tips we’re taken from the system mentioned above. I can’t tell you all the secrets in the book.
Leader: You have to be a leader. Women want the guy who leads all the guys. If you can lead the men then the women will follow. This is going to take a lot of confidence from you. If you want to become the alpha male then you’re going to have to build your confidence.
Confidence: Most men already know that women love confidence. Which is why you’re going to have to build your self up. It’s not an easy thing to do. It took me a whole year for me to build my confidence up to a level I find comfortable. Keep in mind that women don’t like cockiness.
Smile: The alpha male always has a smile on his face. That’s probably because he’s getting all the girls. If you want to be an alpha male then you’re going to have to smile. People don’t like being around negative depressing people. If you’re negative and depressing then you’re just turning people off. You have to be enthusiastic about life. If you can’t be enthusiastic about your life then no one else will either.
Game: You’re going to have to learn some game. Here a few examples of what I do when meeting women. Instead of walking over to any girl I like to screen first. If I wanted to meet a girl I might smile. If she smiles back then I would probably go over and talk to her. Another thing I might do is wave. Doing these things helps me screen out women who will reject me. The majority of the time it’s not my fault I get rejected. For all I know the girlfriend has a husband. Instead of getting rejected and feeling lonely I would definitely screen first.
Decisive: You have to be able to make up your mind and be decisive. If you’re not decisive then women will instantly get turned off. This is one of the most important factors when trying to become an alpha male. Keep in mind that when training to be more decisive your going to have to build up your confidence. Without confidence you’re never going to be able to be decisive. Don’t worry if you don’t get everything down in a single day. This alpha male system does take a long time for men to master.
How to Support Others and Stay Sane

Many of my friends and clients who serve others for a living spend a lot of time solving problems. Clients or employees come to you for solutions to a myriad of problems both personal and professional. It can take a lot of energy to come up with solutions all day long particularly if the problems aren’t ones you have the answers to. Often you may find yourself overwhelmed with work and missing some important times at home.
When you are overwhelmed have you thought about finding another job, going to live on a tropical island or letting go of something else you love in order to have time for your family, friends and self-care?
Although the tropical island sounds very appealing these strategies aren’t necessarily long term solutions because you may end up in a similar situation all over again.
Thank goodness there are some other options to support you! What I’ve found to be true is I don’t need to be all knowing nor do I need to search for all the answers for someone coming to me for help.
What you do need to do is build trust, be empathic and connect people to resources.
Let’s look at how you are offering support now. Do you find yourself taking on the problems that are brought to you? Do you try and solve things that aren’t in your area of expertise? Do you think you need to have or find all the answers?
If you answered yes to any of those questions here are some options to mull over.
Your role could be to connect the employee or client to the resources they need to solve their problem. You may be the resource sometimes but my guess is often you may not be. You are the connector.
To connect the person and their problem to a solution or next step you need to hone your listening skills. As you listen to the story you support them to get clarity about exactly what it is they need. Once you clarify the need the strategies will begin to come clear.
The first strategy is to direct them back to themselves. Asking them “What do you think a next step would be?” Often you will find when people are listened to and supported to gain clarity they know their own next step. Guide them back to themselves and empower them to step into what they already know.
If they can’t think of a next step offer to brainstorm with them. Begin putting forward some ideas and they will join you. In a short period of time they can leave your office with some options to explore.
If neither of you can think of any specific strategies take time to consider what other resources could support them. Is there someone you know that is an expert in this area? Are there books, online resources, or a class that might offer them new tools? More than likely they will have a next step planned after considering these questions.
When you take on others problems or believe you have to have all the answers you wear yourself out. There are lots of challenges in the world. Honing your listening skills and supporting others to feel empowered to help themselves can actually feel energizing.
