Plant Only Good Seeds

Thoughts and spoken words are like planting seeds. The axiom, ‘You reap what you sow,’ refers to a quote in the New Testament, in Paul’s letter to the Galatians. The specific quote in the King James Version is, ‘Whatsoever a man soweth, that he shall also reap.’
The Hindu whole of karma is intrinsically linked to the, ‘You reap what you sow,’ metaphor. Reincarnation holds the opportunity for the soul to continue to improve emotionally, spiritually, and to resolve any actions that have repercussions from previous incarnations.
This poignant statement is a reminder to seek our highest and fullest expression of bringing forth our highest and best thinking. Form a higher and best conception of good. Notice only what is wrong when you will change it. When you notice something missing or something that needs to be changed, when you condemn or criticize it in a destructive manner, it becomes energetically hooked to you. Think or speak only that which you prefer to reap.
Seek to bring out the good in yourself. Bring out the good in each situation, evolve with it and hold an image of it in its ideal state. The Universal Laws follow the natural course of bringing forth only that which is good.
When you focus on bringing out the ‘good’ more ‘good’ springs forth. Remember the good you know, thought seeds are like physical seeds – What you plant in thoughts and spoken words grows into being.
Remember to think and speak only that which you want to reap.

Self Confidence
Ever wondered that GOD made us all equal but still we don’t feel that way, some of us feel superiors to others while some of us feel inferior, this is all because of our self confidence. Basically, it is a physiological factor, it isn’t just a word we use it’s a form of expression. It is indeed the way we project ourselves in every walk of our life in front of others, but in order to project real confidence a person has to feel from inside that they are the best and they should have full faith in themselves thus it all comes down to trusting and believing in yourself.
Being confident in you comes handy in every department of life, it is a major strength. Usually people are only confident in front of others but deep down they are afraid and when the time comes to show this confidence they break down this happens because they don’t believe in their own capabilities.
Confidence building starts from an early age. A person’s environment, family plays a very major role in building their confidence. Ever noticed, how an oldest sibling in a family behaves for he is always very bold and confident. The fact is that he/she gets most of the attention and care, parents usually compare everything the oldest one does to the younger’s ones and the younger one’s look up to him/her, sometimes some kids are shun out and aren’t given proper attention as a result they are shy and they lack confidence and over the number of years such level of shyness increases and ultimately their confidence level decreases resulting in hindrance while they deal with their routine life. This also results such people being bullied in all walks of life.
It is a general fact which we all believe that no one is just born confident or shy because this isn’t in our genetics, either it is not something which we inherit so building confidence could be easier provided any one suffering from lack of confidence and fears of being failure start paying attention to his self esteem.
Parents are also advised that they should try their best to start building their kids confidence from an early age, so that they can become individuals tackling all the situations and pressures of life calmly. Confident persons are also healthier and happier than the rest thus if there are even 70% of people armed with self confidence, this society would be a much better place to live in.
