1. Success is ultimately the ability to identify a problem or challenge faced by a people and soliciting for an effective lasting solution to it. As long as mankind exists on planet earth, success stories will always be present as each individual poses as a potential source of both a challenge and its cure.
2. It is folly to sacrifice quality at the expense of quantity. You would rather disappoint a customer by not meeting the demand in terms of quantity while sticking to the quality framework that they have come to associate you with. It is a better sin than compromise quality to meet an increase in demand.
3. Leadership is not merely about titles. Anyone can claim to be one but what purchases your legitimacy to be called a leader is your ability to make a difference in people’s lives. Leadership is about how you handle people not processes and procedures. It is essentially the ability to look back and see people following and endorsing your legitimacy.
4. The future prospects of any generation rests on the intentionality and purposeful investments which present generations are willing to sacrifice and build. When generations develop a short sight that makes them achieve for now without a deliberate aim to touch future generations then it removes the need to even talk about such words as legacy and heritage as they will suffer from extinction in no time.
5. The quality of one’s life can be deduced or predicted based on present behavioral tendencies that one exhibits when presented with a resource called time. If you can not budget your time and prioritize the things in line with your purpose for existence then the guarantee that exists becomes an unfulfilled life.

No matter how good and reputable an individual can be, by mere association with individuals with bad track records, it mars and dilutes what people have come to know and associate the reputable person with. If you can not influence those you befriend to emulate your standards then you are better off keeping your distance.
7. No one can tell your story in the manner and vividness you know it to be. There is no one without a story as life is a culmination or sum total of your daily stories and experiences. The ability to tell and write stories about our own lives builds capacity in others who may never experience what you faced.
8. Two people facing the same conditions and experiences present different life outcomes owing to the differences in attitudes towards the given variables. A poverty stricken environment can cause one to desire and work towards abundance while the other may choose to become a living definition or monument of poverty. It all comes to decisions powered by a deep seated attitude.
9. Effective teachers model and live out their lessons in full view of their students. When you choose to limit your teachings to what you can tell rather than show then you limit the individuals’ value and view of what you are teaching. You should be able to have a life changing lecture to those who follow without necessarily invoking your vocal or verbal prowess.
10. Accolades and applause can never be true benchmarks of the value of your teachings. True value is seen when those who follow you implement the things you say. It is not how eloquently you say things but most importantly how much provocation and encouragement your audience
