Cling to the Root

We are heading towards a better future but can we forget our age old traditions? Though there is a trend to keep aside the tradition and hug something new in the pretext that ours is nothing but old and replete with superstitious beliefs and taboos. It is Static where as theirs is agile and always on the move.
This is nothing but a blunder to shun the culture that we own. The nations who have shown disgust to their Culture and Tradition are bound to suffer sheer catastrophe. Hence if we want to be Happy we must cling to the root.
The river of culture is in spate when a group of cultured people come close together and interact between them. Hence it can be told with ease that social interaction in a broader perspective is the must. The association of enlightened people makes the people who are shrouded with the cloud of ignorance rejuvenated and enlightened.?
In the earlier period there reigned Fraternity among all irrespective of social status. At that very period everyone one was knit in the bond of one social group. Status was not the crucial part of life. If one had a dainty dish one had the seal to share it with others. There was a period of perfect brotherhood. Happiness loomed large at every corner of the society. The poor enjoyed life after their style, the well off of their own. I can’t boldly say that there was no oppression in the society. Yes there it was in the severe form, but happiness was not stolen from the souls of people. People had not o consult a Psychiatrist every now and then. Happiness was there replete with every object. What is the reason? Yes, those people never swayed. They were keen to cling to the Root.
If target happiness is the motto then a well united society must be built where there would be no discrimination of caste, creed and color. If such a society is ever made people always live with eternal happiness. But without brooding over the tradition if one wants to march forward, if hesitates to cling to the root one must suffer in the long run from acute unhappiness.
Happiness – A Divine Gift

Objective of all the activities performed by the human beings in this planet is to acquire happiness. State of happiness cannot be attained with the help of power and pelf. Real happiness arises from the core of the heart. Money has no capacity to bring out real happiness and joy. If money had the capacity to bring out happiness then all the rich men would have been happy. In fact, they are farther from real happiness.
Happiness can be traced in the trivial things and actions. For acquiring it, we need not throw a grand party or to become a part of any party. It can be attained within the fences of our very home. The best kind of happiness can be found within our soul, which cannot be contrasted with any other kind of happiness. With this kind of eternal happiness all other things prove futile. People are rushing and resorting to various kinds of activities in the quest for happiness. They are spending a lot of money and time but are unable to make it their companion. Happiness cannot be purchased but it can be acquired free of cost.
Happiness is a state of mind. It is our mind which can make a hell a heaven and heaven a hell. In the realm of rat-race and cut-throat competition people have been loosing their happiness. They find themselves deprived from this basic divine gift. The source of their delight lies in diminishing their super ambitions and aspirations. People must be really candid and honest in relinquishing their super aspirations otherwise, they will be in a state of mirage that they have attained the stage of happiness which can be more fatal.
