<p><b>Anger</b></p>
<p>In anger, courage looks for, and finds, patience for peace. It has the wisdom to know there&#8217;s more to this anger than meets the eye. It finds the primary emotion and wrangles successfully with its truth, installing it into the reaches of the accepted consciousness.</p>
<p><b>Striving (Greed)</b></p>
<p>In striving, courage contends for the moment holding out for results. It goes and keeps going, but in wisdom it hopes also to know the restraint of self-control. Striving is only good to a point. Beyond noble purposes striving takes us beyond the sublime into a place where we are no longer home with ourselves. Courage finds us accepting we cannot have everything we see.</p>
<p><b>Worry</b></p>
<p>In concern extending to worry, it is courage that quells the heart in reconciling faith. It somehow knows that hope lives over the horizon, on a plateau just beyond sight, that which is ever eternal. The answer to this conundrum is the answer to all conundrums &#8211; the courage to wait and see.</p>
<p><b>Decision Making</b></p>
<p>In deliberating, courage is known to speculate among the options. It reserves judgment until all is known. It steps back and canvasses the field, wanting to acknowledge all the candidates.</p>
<p><b>Envy</b></p>
<p>In jealousy, courage provides the way. It goes outside the realm of comparison and seeks refuge only in itself with God. It separates the likely winner of winners from the also-rans and goes the way hardly anyone else does. It therefore skirts the allure to envy by being set apart, morally, for God. It leaves the scene of the battle.</p>
<p><b>Humour</b></p>
<p>In gentle-paced and non-ridiculing humour, it is courage that has won the day, delivering joy to the purveyor of truth. It laughs the laugh of a victor, happy with their work and the faith to follow good guidance. Sense is vindicated and that brings joy.</p>
<p><b>Sloth</b></p>
<p>In temptation to laziness, courage forms into diligence, and that to act. It decides using the will from the mind to just go and do. Courage always has the answer where there&#8217;s work concerned. It will take command over the weakish heart and prove wise via the plain agency of its faith to undertake.</p>
<p><b>Danger</b></p>
<p>In the presence of real and present danger, courage fortifies the spirit to contend or diminish &#8211; adjudicating with wisdom the best track. Courage is not fight or flight; it&#8217;s both at the same time. It runs with flight when it discerns the fight is a folly, yet it fights a creditable fight when the causes of wisdom as they&#8217;re personally applicable are challenged.</p>

<p>It is true that men have high sex drive which makes most of the men long for sexual fulfillment or long to fill the bill of their sexual desire in a way to boast self-esteem and reaffirm their maleness. I think this strongest sensation can be redirected towards achieving long-lasting success to become the richest and strongest man in the world, instead of having relief for pent-up susceptibilities that serve for a limited time.</p>
<p>One of the most important assets we came by during the first stage of our lives which enabled us brought success to a happy issue and received respect as return for effort that set us on the path of success is the art of schooling. This empowered many successful people who made themselves masters by getting wiser through learning. It gave them intuition and facilities to hit the mark of being crowned with success. Make yourself a master of the mental faculty or process of acquiring knowledge through effective use of reasoning, intuition or perception and open a world of favorable occasions to yourself.</p>
<p>As a young boy, my dad told me that it is in every man`s best interest to have self-control over his emotional desire towards women especially women who are not their legitimate and lovely wedded wives, and not to be responsible for the parting of ways and contravention of marriage in view of the fact that there are doses of strap oil which leads to crossing the bar.</p>
<p>As a man, I am of opinion that instead of a man to misdirect his strongest emotion by aborting his great destiny and calling threat of evil on his life just because of few seconds of fortuitous and wispy ecstasy. It is more than a match for to direct it towards attending the school of sophisticated possessions and attaining a higher height of living with abundance of possessions to become the Richest and Strongest Man in the World. When you have a passion for the most unschooled and unsophisticated way of directing your energy, redirect that energy toward your wealth-building strategy. You are in charge and you control all you require to be on top of things, do all things right the first time and do all right by yourself.</p>

These emotions include, fear, anger, guilt, hatred, greed, frustration, cravings and others. We exhibit them in many ways which we may not be even aware of. When you realise you have any of the above and decide to work on yourself, then the denial stage ends and the acceptance healing stage commences. The down side is most people spend most of their life in the denial stage dealing with negative emotions in the following ways.</p>
<p>Suppression</p>
<p>This is one of the commonest ways of dealing with negative emotions. Whatever emotion tries to surface you turn inward in your subconscious mind. These build up over time and soon start affecting every aspect of your life; from private life to public life there is no escaping suppressed emotions. People with them will normally lack confidence, be introverted or simply not be present in any way. The suppressed emotions affect your relations, career opportunities and other areas you may wish to succeed. Suppressed negative emotions may lead to more serious conditions like Depression.</p>
<p>Escape</p>
<p>Escapism is a very common way of dealing with negative emotions especially for the rich. When you have everything the world says should make you happy, only to find out that money and material things do not make you happy, you are struck by confusion. This can be a lonely stage because people do not want to be judged; so they resort to self-destruction through various means including, drugs, alcohol, excessive working, sex, music, shopping, suicide and many more. The trouble is, the escape is very short-lived and exacerbates the situation. We have all heard of a lot of famous people who have gone or are going down this road. Please avoid being in denial, there is help out there; escaping negative emotions this way can lead to death.</p>

If you are on the receiving end of this abuse, you must seek help as it can often escalate leading to major injury. Dealing with negative emotions through verbal or physical expression is not uncommon.</p>

Emotions from newborn babies are fresh, innocent, and admirable. They are straight to express their emotions to anybody and are not afraid of doing so. As babies grow, they encounter many things, good or bad. They learn how to maneuver their emotions for their favor. When they want their parent to buy them a toy, they beg, first, pout then, and cry if not satisfied.</p>
<p>At the same time, they begin to build a wall around them not to reveal their real sentiment. Young children, looking forward to a birthday gift, may be disappointed, because they are not getting something they wanted. They learn that their disappointment is big if their expectation is too much. They begin to control their emotion in the sense that they do not over-joy, not to be badly disappointed.</p>
<p>As they grow, it is inevitable to develop negative emotions. They may think, when they are happy, that they should be careful not to be over-joyful, because they know they might be disappointed if they are over-joyful. It seems that people become more negative than younger days, as they grow. As one gets old, he tends to believe that he was happier in his younger age. This seems to be the mechanism to cause negative sentiments.</p>
<p>Some people develop resentment, cynicism, skepticism, and depression. Instead, there are people who are always cheerful and happy. One may wonder why those people can be happy all the time. It may be their nature. They might have been born that way. Instead, however, they might have trained themselves to be happy instead of unhappy.</p>
<p>Even experiencing same occasion, one feels grateful, the other feels sad. A soldier, who lost his arm in a war, could be depressed by his loss. It is quite understandable. He could be, instead, however, glad he did not die in fighting, all because he lost his arm and sent back to hospital. Why does this difference happen? The ones who could be happy and grateful for the same occasion, which they experience, tend to train themselves to be glad and happy, consciously or unconsciously.</p>
<p>In the movie &#8220;The Matrix&#8221;, Mophius explained to Neo that the feeling is only an electric signal which brain receives to feel. If one has negative circuit, he feels negative. If the other has positive circuit, he feels positive. Human beings are so well-built system that we can repair or rebuild our circuit in the way we want. If one trains his mind to feel negative, he becomes negative. If he teaches his head to respond positively, he drives him to be happy and positive person.</p>
<p>The training to make one happy person is quite simple. One can keep trying to take a look at the bright side of things. Every cloud has a silver lining. In one&#8217;s saddest time or worst experience, one can pick something, which he can be grateful. It is easy to write this way, however. It is a different story if one can really do it. Again turning to the movie &#8220;The Matrix&#8221;, it is as Oracle told Neo that knowing the path is different from walking the path.</p>
<p>The effective method of this training is to write &#8220;Gratitude List&#8221;. If one keeps diary, he can use his diary to try this method. At the end of a day, we can open our favorite diary book and write about happy occasions we had on that day. One or two would be okay, but you can consider as many as possible. You need to think seriously what made you glad and happy. You may be able to use your PC or Blog, but some advised that hand writing is the best. When you create great pictures of success in your mind along with a positive internal voice you create empowering feelings in your body. Through constant practise and conditioning, these become automatic processes that give you the feelings you want consistently. I&#8217;ll show you how these process work and how to achieve more confidence in any area of your life.</p>
<p>Master your Mind<br />In order to achieve more confidence, first you must master your mind. By creating empowering images and sounds in your mind you create empowering feelings of confidence in your body. Have you ever seen somebody that is so confident, and you thought it would be awesome to be like that? How do you think they become confident like that? They created amazing pictures of themselves succeeding in their mind, along with a confident internal voice that told them they can achieve whatever they want. This drove them to take action and as they took action over and over, everything became easier and easier. Confidence became an automatic process, like tying their shoelace or brushing their teeth. Therefore, the real trick to lasting confidence is to take more action, over and over. You became great at walking, because when you were a baby, you tried it so many times. Finally after falling down enough times, you were able to walk and it became an automatic process. The same is true about confidence or any other empowering emotion. The more action you take over and over, you&#8217;ll eventually become confident in this area which will be lasting confidence. This all sounds good in theory, but let me give you a technique that will give you more confidence and allow you to take more action to achieve lasting confidence.</p>
<p>Visualise and Anchor<br />Close your eyes and slow down your breathing. Imagine seeing yourself in a blockbuster movie. See the way you move, the way you breathe and the look on your face when you&#8217;re doing something you&#8217;re totally confident in. Now step inside yourself in that movie and see everything through your own eyes when you&#8217;re totally confident. Make the pictures bigger, brighter and more colourful in your mind now. What sounds do you here around you, when you&#8217;re totally confident? Make these sounds richer and louder. Now feel the amazing feelings of confidence spread throughout your body as you completely confident in this situation. Intensify these feelings of confidence now, and when you&#8217;re completely confident squeeze your thumb and middle finger together for about 2-3 seconds and then release. This will create an emotional anchor for these confident feelings. Keep visualising and when you feel these amazing feeling of confidence again, squeeze these fingers together. Repeat this 3-5 times. Now when you squeeze these fingers you&#8217;ll have all these amazing feelings of confidence spread throughout your body.</p>
<p>Transfer the feeling<br />Now close your eyes again and visualise the situation you&#8217;re struggling to have confidence in. Imagine you&#8217;re in a blockbuster movie and see everything playing out successfully, the way you want it to play out. Notice the way you look, the way you breathe and the look on your face when you&#8217;re totally confident in this situation. Now step inside yourself in this movie and see everything play out successfully through your own eyes. Make the images bigger, brighter and bolder and create a confident internal voice in your head. Now squeeze your anchor and feel all these feeling of confidence spread throughout your body while you&#8217;re in this situation. Go back and repeat this 3-5 times. Now when you fire your anchor, all those amazing feelings of confidence will spread throughout your body.</p>
<p>Open your eyes and think of the situation you were struggling with confidence. How do you feel now? I bet you feel great and you&#8217;re itching to take some action. With all these amazing feelings of confidence inside you&#8217;re able to take more action in this situation. By taking more action over and over you&#8217;ll create an automatic feeling of confidence in your body that will last. This is a quick and easy way to create lasting confidence in any area of your life. This will ultimately lead you to enjoy more happiness and success in your life.</p>

<p>The problem we face today is that most people care too much about what people think, so they&#8217;re afraid to try new things because they&#8217;ll look bad if they fail. You may try something once and it doesn&#8217;t work, so you give up! If that were the case when you were a kid, you wouldn&#8217;t be walking today!</p>
<p>The secret to success is Action! Anyone who&#8217;s ever achieved their goals and dreams in life took more action then the rest. By taking more action you achieve more confidence, which increases the belief you have in yourself. Here are 10 tips you can follow everyday achieve a remarkable increase in your confidence:</p>
<p>1.Jump out of bed this morning, clap your hands loudly and say to yourself; &#8216;This is going to be the most amazing day, full of excitement and adventure.&#8217;</p>
<p>2.When you&#8217;re in the shower visualise your day ahead. See yourself being more confident then you&#8217;ve ever been, in every situation you may encounter throughout the day. Make the images in your mind big, bright and colourful like a blockbuster movie and notice the rich sounds around you as you feel all the confidence spread throughout your body.</p>
<p>3.Spend 5 minutes looking in the mirror and say this incantation with strong emotion in your body; &#8216;I am a happy, confident person. I control the way I feel in every situation. No person or situation can ever make me feel anything I don&#8217;t want to feel.&#8217;</p>
<p>4.On your way to work or to do your daily chores listen to some uplifting music. Put your Radio or iPod on to your favourite music. Listen to music that allows you to feel happy and confident in yourself.</p>

Your subconscious mind has the power to bring into your life anything</em> you &#8216;programme&#8217; into it.</p>
<p>Your subconscious acts FIRST on any dominant desire that you associate with an emotion, such as greed, anger, love etc. This desire will then manifest itself into a physical action relating to that desire. No one knows or understands exactly HOW the subconscious is SO powerful and why it can exert such influence. The stronger the desire, the more action you will take in trying to make that desire real.</p>
<p>No one has total control over their subconscious mind, but if you plant into it any idea, desire, or purpose it will compel you to take action to turn these into reality as soon as possible.</p>
<p>Many see the subconscious as an intermediary through which you can access your spirituality and soul. It contains the secret methods by which your mental impulses are transformed into their physical equivalent. Those who connect with their subconscious mind with true determination and effort will not fail to attract success in any endeavour.</p>
<p>Influencing this part of your mind can be considered the &#8216;Holy Grail&#8217; in the pursuit of achieving your goals. The difficulty lies in the fact that so little is known about it. The best way to influence your subconscious is through repeated habit. Keep doing them again and again until they become second nature. You are conditioning your mind to accept a positive response as the norm. This works well with positive affirmations when trying to change your mindset.</p>
<p>Your subconscious mind is at work constantly without rest, night and day whether you want it to work or not. It feeds on the thoughts you think about, and grows accordingly. It will not judge whether the incoming thoughts are positive or negative in nature, it will happily accept any strands of thought and will start to plant the associated seeds into your mind. It never rests and if you fail to implant anything into it, it will simply focus on the things you have neglected to feed it.</p>
<p>Once you master how to train your subconscious with only positive thoughts, you will have gained the ability to unleash its power to achieve anything you desire, because positive thoughts lead to positive behaviours and this will eventually manifest into physical things.</p>
<p>ALL your ideas, in fact every single thing you think about, begins with a thought. If you have no thoughts you have no ideas. So how can you create the behaviours you need without first having a relevant thought? Once you start thinking, you start imagining. Imagination is a powerful ally as it helps build the foundation of your plans. And plans have to be executed to achieve results.</p>
<p>Your subconscious mind is most susceptible to impulses of thought mixed with emotion. Emotion can charge the mind into becoming action prone. Emotion will often lead you to act in ways you wouldn&#8217;t normally act. Its power can easily over-ride any conservative mechanisms of your conscious mind. You will find that when you are emotional, you are more likely to take action than if you were not emotional. Emotions rule your mind. They can be positive &#8211; such as desire, love, happiness, faith, hope, and enthusiasm or negative &#8211; such as greed, hatred, fear, revenge, anger or jealousy.</p>
<p>If you consider your subconscious to be a sieve, then emotions are like flour. The smaller particles will slip through easily, however larger particles will not. Unfortunately, negative emotions are like the smallest particles, they are easily dropped into the mind, whereas positive emotions are like larger particles and have to be &#8216;forced&#8217; into the mind. This is why positive thinking takes effort and negative thinking does not. The only way to master positive emotions is to use them as much as possible. This is the key to success.</p>
