How Does The Mind Benefit From Meditation?

Our minds can be very complicated structures that need tender loving care.
By over thinking, and over analyzing and worrying too much, we can blow our mental fuse all too often.
Obviously not letting the mind go into over time would be ideal, however not many of us were taught how to tame the mind. We do know better today, and the tools are available if we only look around.
Would you like to relax the mind? Start Meditating. As soon as I put myself down into my Meditation chair, close my eyes and take the first few breaths, I can feel a difference.
Relaxation
A light meditative state is called alpha level. The mind slows down it’s busy work, all it’s excess thinking, and can now relax. It is harder to worry and stay tense in this state.
Oxygenation
Breathing while in a relaxed meditative state increases the oxygen levels to the brain. Therefore, the brain cells are being fed more of what they need, and can function on a higher level. Your brain power becomes sharper, you become more alert, and can focus more quickly.
Rejuvenation
I am not speaking of the body but of the mind. There is an awful lot of information stored somewhere in the mind, basically everything we have ever learn heard, or seen. Wouldn’t it be nice if all that could come up whenever we need it? Surprisingly it can. When we clutter our closets and drawers, it’s impossible to find what we need when we need it. It is similar with the mind. Clutter in this case is the superfluous information such as old thoughts and beliefs, fears, traumatic memories, negative emotions. Meditating daily cleans house for you.
Joyous Emotions
Happiness and joy is our natural state of being. We layer ourselves like an onion with heaviness and sadness without even realizing it, blocking out all the “happy”. And again, by Meditating daily, the darker layers peel themselves off. Very often, when these layers have peeled off, I find a surge of gratitude coming up. I feel like loving everything and everyone. Also, I get of sense of excitement. It’s as if I can take on anything, and succeed.
When you put all these benefits together, it can get really nice inside your mind. And it can also last throughout the day. Remember that if you need another dose of TLC, all you have to do is Meditate again.Enjoy watching the beneficial changes. A Dozen Ways to Organize Your Master Closet

Organizing your master closet makes dressing in the morning easy. You can have many benefits when you take time to organize your closet. First, you do not have to muse over the mess and the clutter. You will also be able to find your things easily because you know exactly where you placed them.
How to organize your master closet will depend on the state that your closet is in. Here are helpful tips in organizing your master closet:
1. Empty your closet of mess and clutter. Use two boxes to separate items that you are going to throw out and those that you decide to keep.
2. Clean your closet thoroughly after emptying it and determine if there are damages that have to be repaired. Apply treatments or repaint if necessary.
3. Determine what items you will fold and what you are going to hang. If you fold some shirts, ensure that you do them neatly and arrange them properly. Consider arranging them according to their color and do the same with the clothes you are going to hang.
4. You can also try to arrange your closet based on their uses, such as separating the work clothes from weekend clothes.
5. Arrange your closet according to how you usually get dressed in the morning. If you are the kind who considers wearing shirts first before pants or skirts, arrange your top neatly near the closet door, followed by skirts or pants and the rest of your things. This will make it easier to get dressed in the morning.
6. Consider folding smaller items properly and arrange them neatly in your drawers. Make sure that you have a storage space for your accessories so that you will know exactly where your things are.
7. Keep all shoes and clothing off the floor.
8. Use hanging bags for your shoes if you do not have a built in shoe cubbies in your master closet.
9. Use plastic bins or space bags on the top shelf for your off-season clothes.
10. If you require more drawer storage and you have extra pole space, you can use hanging shelves for your sweats, jeans and other bulky clothing.
11. Remove hamper lids so your clothes will actually go into the hamper than getting stacked on top.
12. Make sure to have a designated place for socks, stockings and underwear to make it easier for you to find them.
There is no exact way to organize anything. The best way to organize your master closet might be entirely different from the way others organize theirs. The key is to design it based on your own personal decision making process when you get dressed everyday.
As soon as your close it clean and organized, make it a point to keep it that way. You will be able to do this by returning your things in their proper places after you use them or after you wash them.
Furthermore, you should also deal with the things that are out of place to prevent clutter build up.
