<p>How can it be that we can know such definitive an answer &#8211; especially to such a broadly-positioned question? It&#8217;s actually very easy. Courage leads us to places where we find what we&#8217;re looking for.</p>
<p><b>Anger</b></p>
<p>In anger, courage looks for, and finds, patience for peace. It has the wisdom to know there&#8217;s more to this anger than meets the eye. It finds the primary emotion and wrangles successfully with its truth, installing it into the reaches of the accepted consciousness.</p>
<p><b>Striving (Greed)</b></p>
<p>In striving, courage contends for the moment holding out for results. It goes and keeps going, but in wisdom it hopes also to know the restraint of self-control. Striving is only good to a point. Beyond noble purposes striving takes us beyond the sublime into a place where we are no longer home with ourselves. Courage finds us accepting we cannot have everything we see.</p>
<p><b>Worry</b></p>
<p>In concern extending to worry, it is courage that quells the heart in reconciling faith. It somehow knows that hope lives over the horizon, on a plateau just beyond sight, that which is ever eternal. The answer to this conundrum is the answer to all conundrums &#8211; the courage to wait and see.</p>
<p><b>Decision Making</b></p>
<p>In deliberating, courage is known to speculate among the options. It reserves judgment until all is known. It steps back and canvasses the field, wanting to acknowledge all the candidates.</p>
<p><b>Envy</b></p>
<p>In jealousy, courage provides the way. It goes outside the realm of comparison and seeks refuge only in itself with God. It separates the likely winner of winners from the also-rans and goes the way hardly anyone else does. It therefore skirts the allure to envy by being set apart, morally, for God. It leaves the scene of the battle.</p>
<p><b>Humour</b></p>
<p>In gentle-paced and non-ridiculing humour, it is courage that has won the day, delivering joy to the purveyor of truth. It laughs the laugh of a victor, happy with their work and the faith to follow good guidance. Sense is vindicated and that brings joy.</p>
<p><b>Sloth</b></p>
<p>In temptation to laziness, courage forms into diligence, and that to act. It decides using the will from the mind to just go and do. Courage always has the answer where there&#8217;s work concerned. It will take command over the weakish heart and prove wise via the plain agency of its faith to undertake.</p>
<p><b>Danger</b></p>
<p>In the presence of real and present danger, courage fortifies the spirit to contend or diminish &#8211; adjudicating with wisdom the best track. Courage is not fight or flight; it&#8217;s both at the same time. It runs with flight when it discerns the fight is a folly, yet it fights a creditable fight when the causes of wisdom as they&#8217;re personally applicable are challenged.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><P>One of the more common limiting beliefs people hold is that, <STRONG>&#8220;My family doesn&#8217;t approve of me.&#8221;</STRONG></P><br />
<P>You may be aware that you believe your family doesn&#8217;t approve of you, or you may carry the belief around just under the surface of your consciousness, not really aware that you hold the belief.</P><br />
<P><STRONG>Where do you get that belief?</STRONG></P><br />
<P>It can be picked up when you&#8217;re an infant, before you have the ability to put thoughts into words. As a baby, youinterpretedthe facial expression, tone of voice and emotions of those around you.</P><br />
<P>Even in the womb, if your mother didn&#8217;t want to be pregnant or to have a baby, you could have picked up that belief.</P><br />
<P>As an infant, when those around you felt upset or angry, you felt their emotions. When the look on someone&#8217;s face was disaproving, you felt that disapproval.</P><br />
<P>Later, after you learned words, you interpreted their anger, disaproval or scolding as, &#8220;I&#8217;m bad. I&#8217;m not a good kid. There&#8217;s something wrong with me. I&#8217;m not ok.&#8221;</P><br />
<P>For many of us, we were told explicitly that we weren&#8217;t approved of. </P><br />
<P><STRONG>What disapproving things were you told as a child?</STRONG></P><br />
<P>As an adult, we might think, &#8220;My family doesn&#8217;t approve of me. I&#8217;m inadequate. I&#8217;m defective.&#8221; </P><br />
<P><STRONG>Beliefs are simply thoughts that are repeated over and over and held to be true. </STRONG></P><br />
<P>You can think of a belief as an obsessive thought. Or an unquestioned thought. We don&#8217;t generally question our beliefs; we just assume them to be true.</P><br />
<P>We often aren&#8217;t even aware of our beliefs, as they are so familiar to us. It&#8217;s difficult to question something you aren&#8217;t even aware of!</P><br />
<P>Are beliefs true?</P><br />
<P>A belief is no more true than another thought. In actuality thoughts and beliefs are neither true nor false. They simply are.</P><br />
<P>But beliefs have great power. <STRONG>Our beliefs have power because we don&#8217;t question them. We live our lives based on them. They influence our health, happiness and abundance in all areas of our lives.</STRONG></P><br />
<P>Most of your beliefs are limiting.</EM> Do you have beliefs about how wealthy you can become?</P><br />
<P>How about how long you&#8217;ll live?</P><br />
<P>How about your limits because of your gender, your age, your race, your nationality, your education, your intelligence?</P><br />
<P><STRONG>Your beliefs keep you from trying new things, from living as you dream, from making the income you&#8217;d love to make, from succeeding in areas you only dare to try. </STRONG></P><br />
<P>Changing Beliefs Changing your beliefs can be challenging.</P><br />
<P>First you must discover just what your beliefs are.</P><br />
<P>Two ways to discover your beliefs are by observing your judgments and by noticing your disturbing emotions.</P><br />
<P>Under those will be limiting beliefs.</P><br />
<P>Then you can use the process of EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to release limiting beliefs and instill new, more empowering beliefs.</P></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am going to share a couple of great techniques on how to motivate yourself to achieve a goal or stay motivated throughout a project.</p>
<p>1. Start by writing down a clearly defined, achievable goal or goals.</p>
<p>2. Visualise what it will be like to have achieved that goal. The easiest way to start visualising it to close your eyes and see, touch, feel, hear etc (in your minds eye) the thing you want.</p>
<p>To really stimulate your senses don&#8217;t just think about the thing you desire but try to picture yourself as having achieved that thing and what it will enable you to do.</p>
<p>e.g. if I had a financial goal of earning ?100k this year to visualise a pile of money would be ok, but a much more powerful way would to be visualising what I would actually be doing with the money</em>. So I would picture me in a nice sports car, not just a general blurred image but a definite make, model, colour, who would be riding with me etc.</p>
<p>I would also take a holiday with the money, but not just a general beach holiday, I would visualise sitting by the pool with a cocktail in my hand, tasting the cooling drink, dipping my toes in the water, hearing the gentle splash of the water and wind blowing through the trees.</p>
<p>You can see where I am going here, I am immersing all of my senses in the place. Go nuts, really have a good daydream here!</p>
<p><strong>Make sure you do this visualising as it is key to the rest of the process.</strong> It starts to make the thing become &#8216;real&#8217; and achievable in your consciousness and attaches real emotions to the thing making it infinitely more powerful.</p>
<p>3. Write down all of the things you &#8216;saw, felt, heard, tasted&#8217; etc in your visualisation.</p>
<p>4. Go on the internet and go to Google image search and find pictures of all these things. Adorn your computer with these images. Set one as your desktop wallpaper and create a screensaver. Print them off, and stick them up around your house etc. <strong>Place them where you can see them</strong> and throughout your day you will get regular reminders which has the following benefits:</p>
<p>Kkeeps the goal in the forefront of your mindReinforces the goal by repetition, making it strongerInvokes the emotions you enjoyed whilst visualisingPushes the goal/image into the subconscious giving it even more powerMotivates you to work to achieve your goal</p>
<p>Remember, what you desire will become real, this technique helps you to strengthen your desire by making it real and belief that you will achieve it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Would you consider yourself intellectually stimulated? To nourish one&#8217;s intellectual wellness, one must be constantly feeding the mind with intelligent thoughts. One should always be aware of what is going on in the mind.</p>
<p>There are many mediums that provided the latest knowledge &#8211; there are books, of course. Then there are newspapers, magazines, internet sites, TV shows, news programs, movies, and even music. So what type of content are you focusing on? What type of communication do you receive through your snail mail, texts, and email?</p>
<p>In this age of technological advancement where so much information is so accessible, one should be careful about what they focus on. So much information can also be the cause of undue stress. Bad news that we allow into our consciousness might overwhelm us with negative thoughts if we allow these to do so.</p>
<p>When you turn on the television it&#8217;s common to see TV shows with themes of violence and sex. And on the news, you will mostly see headlines that are not positive. Subconsciously, these all impact your mood and way of thinking. It is common to become suspicious and fearful when you see and hear about robberies and hijacking, wars and killing. While these might provide the latest in entertainment and news, by the end of a few hours of watching television, your sense of the world becomes negative.</p>
<p>However, if we choose to be discriminating about what we watch, then we can control what information we feed into our consciousness. Shows that reflect positivity and our values can make us feel happy, stimulated, and nourished.</p>
<p>Do you believe this? I challenge you to control what information you feed into your mind for a week and see how it impacts you.</p>
<p>For a week, choose to watch or read sources that are positive and reflect your values in life. Perhaps you&#8217;ll notice after a few days that you feel positive versus disturbed and agitated. Then you will know how all these sources can actually affect your life.</p>
<p>Understand that you do have a choice as to what you let in your mind. You do have the choice of making life a lot less stressful. You have the choice of leading a better, healthier, and more positive life.</p>

<P>As children, we are told what is polite to say; what to do and what not to do. We are forced into seeing the world as our parents see it, which is the way their parents taught them to see it. Gradually, our child brain becomes conditioned and trained to be the way the world is. In our childhood, we are forced to fit into an insane world. Instead of preparing the world for the child, the child is prepared for the world. We have to be made insane in order to fit into it.</P><br />
<P>Our child brain is conditioned to operate in a certain manner by the time we are four or five years of age. From then on, it&#8217;s just a matter of adding more information to our already conditioned brains. Our world believes that gaining more information, and a lot of useless information at that, will make us more intelligent. More information actually gets the opposite result. Gaining more knowledge gives little room to &#8220;think&#8221; outside the box. The box of knowledge is the context of our lives and the content is the knowledge. We are being squeezed into insanity by ideas, beliefs, and the accumulation of knowledge. This is the world of illusion, not the world of reality</P><br />
<P>We don&#8217;t know what reality is. We are taught to believe. We actually go to elaborate buildings and worship some idea of a sky fairy or a supposedly son of a god who lived 2000 years ago or put our foreheads on the ground and our butts in the air or we kiss a wall or ring bells and count beads and all sorts of insanity. Belief makes everyone</EM> stupid, and stupid for allowing it.</P><br />
<P>Have our minds become so conditioned and lazy that we cannot question anything? Why do we just accept what we are told by our parents, the school, the churches, the governments? Do they all have one agenda in mind &#8211; to make us unquestioning sheep being led into the slaughter house of war by our beliefs? Is it not crazy for a real live human being to take up weapons to kill another over insane ideas and beliefs? When will we have the guts to stand up to the insanity of belief and say, &#8220;enough is enough&#8221;?</P><br />
<P>The old consciousness that has been our guide for thousands of years is no longer viable in our modern world. Perhaps it was necessary for our survival as we worked our way up the evolutionary ladder, but now, it is not only <STRONG>not </STRONG>useful, but it is also destroying us a species and destroying the earth for habitation by all other species.</P><br />
<P>Belief is the number one thing in the old consciousness that we need to drop and evolve out of. If we do not, we will more than likely not survive our own stupidity. Our survival depends on the evolution of the human mind from the old consciousness of violence into the new consciousness that is now being brought forth in the human. It is a transformation of mind. If accepted and embraced, it will bring forth intelligence, creation, truth, and love to the planet. If it is not embraced, the resistance to the new may well destroy us. Either way, the old will probably not go quietly. It is up to you.</P><br />

Dostoevsky was a literary giant yet he was simply living in hell and suffering, such was his anguish and pain. However he wrote some of the most amazing novels of all time. When I was younger than to-day I read all these writers and was so inspired by their seeming clarity.</p>
<p>It is a strange thing indeed that the so-called greatest of men or women with whom we are impressed live in such a personal mess that we would never want to trade places unless of course we only want fame, fortune and suffering. It is said of Dostoevsky that he was a madman with a method and I have met a few such people.</p>
<p>They may have written great works or composed incredible music for which we should be totally grateful yet somehow their feet were not on the ground and any emulation could be dangerous to our personal and mental health.</p>
<p>The suffering of these greats could appeal to many people because many are suffering and they live through hope that one day the suffering will go. People can live their whole life like that and forget to find the reasons for their unhappiness and suffering which is by far the more intelligent thing to do.</p>
<p>After meeting many of these people in my life I came to the realisation that more was needed for a happy and contented life; that &#8220;MORE&#8221;, was more consciousness and less unconsciousness, more intelligence and less intellectuality. Yes writing is wonderful for clarity and these days writing is the currency for good ideas which is why people will always keep writing.</p>
<p>Just look at how messaging, texting, emails and blogging have taken over to a very large extent and how much communication is happening through these mediums. So I think writing can be a sign of clear thinking but don&#8217;t take too much notice until you have met the person because their life could be a shambles.</p>
<p>What is the effort then? To try and live up to our writings and present them as simply, concisely and articulately as we can manage. Then we may become clearer ourselves and our message might be worth something. I hope I have succeeded here and if not please tell me.</p>

Basically, this technology works by using two oscillating frequencies that interact and produce a third frequency. This third frequency is known as binaural beat. This is a frequency is a beat which is too low for our ears but the brain would still be able to respond to it. If frequencies of 400 and 410 Hz are played through headphones to the right ear and the left ear, then the brain would perceive a 10 Hz binaural beat.</p>
<p>Binaural Beat</p>
<p>Meditation audio today works to produce this binaural beat. It can be produced in such a way that it would match the consciousness state of any kind whether it is for sleep, meditation or relaxation. It can also help with states where manifestation, remote viewing, ESP and telepathy occur. The process of our mind producing the waves which match the beat is called the frequency following effect. This can also help us achieve these deep consciousness states in just around 10 minutes.</p>
<p>Binaural beats are Not New</p>
<p>Meditation audio with binaural beats are quite new but the concept itself is anything but new. These beats have been used by the primitive tribes in our history since centuries.
