What Will Happen to Me in a Year?

Ever ask yourself a question and come up with too many answers or no answer at all? This can be frustrating and usually there’s too much going on around us to make the answer clear.
Sit down in a quiet place with paper and pen and write the question on the top slowly three times while you say it out load to yourself. It can be any question, What will happen to me in a year?
Then write the first thing that comes to you. This is called free writing, putting down whatever pops in your head.
There’s no way to mess up, or be wrong so don’t worry and don’t try to force the answer. If drawing is the answer you feel then draw, just put what comes to mind first.
Try tapping into that inner child, she lives deep inside because as adults we tend to bury the child inside of us and keep them from coming out. This can be brought out by using your non-dominate hand or the hand you would not usually write with.
Keep going until you feel you have gotten out whatever it is that is inside there’s no time limit, if it takes 2 minutes, 10 or even an hour then so be it. No judgment, no wrong answer, just fun, fun, fun.
When you finish and feel you’ve done all you needed to take a break, close your eyes, and reboot. Allow yourself the time to let go of your writing and then come back with new eyes and receive your message.
You just gave yourself an intuitive reading it holds answers you never knew where there. It can help you find solutions you may not have found consciously. Now you may know what course of action you need to take or you may have just found out something about yourself you didn’t know was there. Whatever it holds for you trust your intuition, it is an untapped power that usually is the key you need. Intuition is that deep down gut feeling, the first answer you usually over look because of logic.

Can you really control your thoughts? If there is something causing you to focus on a major problem in your life you may think it is impossible. Although you can stop yourself from acting on every thought it is a different matter when it comes to stopping yourself thinking about something in particular. Your thoughts have more power than you realize. Constantly thinking about something causes you to follow that course of action. Your actions follow your thought patterns in your mind. Therefore, by constantly having a negative attitude towards life you will attract those things to happen causing a fulfilling prophecy which reinforces your view and you will eventually end up being known as the person with a negative attitude, which is not a pleasant thought.
Controlling your mind can be achieved with a great deal of practice. Similar to your physical health, you need constant exercise to attain your optimum weight. This can not be achieved overnight. You need a change of outlook on life and a readjustment of your personality.When an unwanted thought comes into your mind try to instantly replace it with a positive one. Your mind can only process one thought at a time so by doing this you will slowly reprogramme your pattern of thought and consequently your actions.
To help switch your pattern of thought you may find watching television or reading a book helps especially if you need to stop it immediately. Some people believe that tiring yourself by thinking about an unwanted thought can help in breaking the habit. This entails penalising yourself every single time you do anything opposite to your ultimate goal.
Try this, next time you feel yourself thinking about anything unpleasant, make a mark on a piece of paper. Mount the paper so that every time you break your word you can go to it and make another mark. Following this procedure, you will soon discover the inconvenience of having to get up and make another mark. Although this is not an easy exercise, it will give you an extra boost from having to make an effort.
Remember, your problems will only last as long as you allow them to. There is no doubt, ridding yourself of negative thoughts requires a great deal of patience, but if you can make an attempt to alter your way of thinking, it won’t be long before you find yourself master of your thoughts and emotions.. Many successful people have achieved their success by doing this and by maintaining their focus on the goal they set themselves.
So take control of your mind and start ignoring any problems and pain inflicted by others.Don’t allow them to have the control over you, but maintain a singularity of purpose. Acknowledge where you are at this moment in time and love yourself above all else. You will not be able to love others, or to attract the love of others without first loving yourself. If you ignore past influences and look to the future you will be able to make a positive future for yourself.
Once you realize that your future is what you make of it, as long as you approach life with a positive thought in your mind, your future will turn out to be the way you want it to be. You are who you think you are and you will be who you will yourself to be. Think about it!
