The memories of those events crystallize into what many refer to as a sub-personality i.e. a part of the personality that will occasionally overwhelm and take control of one’s freewill and its capacity to create/manifest. This happens subtly and beyond one’s conscious awareness because the sub-personality is unconsciously buried and hence acts in a clandestine fashion.

When it does take control its main purpose is to reinforce its own existence and it does so by recreating conditions that are similar to the early negative memories themselves. This effectively means one is bound to re-experience the same old negative events repeatedly. This is much like the movie “Ground Hog Day” where the actor was perpetually stuck in the same day.

As I’m sure you see this is what many experience as the repeating pattern of self sabotage. There’s now a way to extricate one’s self from this repeating hell and eradicate that inner saboteur once and for all.
